Delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail and will take between 3-5 business days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery time frame, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
For orders within mainland UK over £40, delivery is free. For orders under £40, the delivery charge is £3.50.
We have multiple options for international delivery, depending on where you are situated in the world. For international orders, please email us for a bespoke quote. We currently DO NOT ship to: Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kosovo and Saudi Arabia.
When importing goods to some countries, orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you, please seek information from your local government. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Bonafide Apparel, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Although unlikely, Bonafide Apparel hold the right to cancel orders if needed. In the event of this happening, you will be notified as soon as possible via e mail and a full refund will be given.
Returns are nice and easy, if you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email and inform us of the order number, reason for return and we will happily support you through the refund process. If you have any issues at all please contact us at Support@BonafideApparel.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
All Items that you wish to return or exchange must fill the following criteria;
- Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process
The cost of the item including discounts applied at time of purchase will be refunded. We recommend returning your order via a local postal service. Please note, you are liable for the cost of return, unless the item was faulty and it is your responsibility to ensure the items get back to us, therefore we strongly recommend you use a tracked service for your return. Once we have received the return shipment if an exchange is required, we will cover the cost of the second shipment back to you.
